No internet? The system keeps working.
Network outage, poor signal, a basement with no WiFi — no problem. The QR scanner automatically saves all actions locally and syncs them with the server once the connection is restored. Not a single entry is lost.
Automatic offline queue — QR scanning works identically with or without internet
Smart synchronization — once the network returns, data is sent to the server in chronological order
Accurate timestamps — the system records the actual scan moment, not the sync moment
Duplicate protection — even with an unstable connection, each action is recorded exactly once
Employee scans QR as usual. The app detects the lack of network.
The action with an exact timestamp is added to the on-device offline queue.
Once the internet returns, data is automatically sent to the server. Done!
