Terms of service TimeHunter

§1General provisions

1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the TimeHunter online service (hereinafter: “Service”), available at timehunter.pl and systemrejestracjiczasupracy.pl.
2. The owner and operator of the Service is MROAUTO AUTODÍLY s.r.o., registered at: Čs. armády 360, Pudlov, 735 51 Bohumín, Czech Republic, IČO: CZ06630405 (hereinafter: “Operator”).
3. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.
4. The Service enables electronic time tracking for employees, including registration via QR codes, GPS and NFC.

§2Definitions

• User — a natural person with an account in the Service (employee, manager or administrator).
• Company — a business entity that has registered a company account in the Service.
• Administrator — a User with permissions to manage the Company account, employees, modules and settings.
• Account — an individual User profile in the Service, protected by login credentials and password.

§3Registration and account

1. Company account registration is free and requires providing the company name, administrator's full name and email address.
2. Each Company receives a 14-day trial period with all features (Premium plan).
3. The User agrees to provide truthful data and not to share the account with third parties.
4. The Company Administrator may add and remove employee accounts within their organization.

§4Rules of Service use

1. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable law.
2. The following is prohibited: attempting unauthorized access, automated scanning and scraping, entering false time tracking data.
3. The Operator reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of Terms violation.

§5Personal data protection

1. The Operator processes Users' personal data in accordance with the European Parliament Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data is stored in the Supabase infrastructure (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3).
3. Collected data includes: first name, last name, email address, work start/end times, location data (if enabled), attendance photos (optional).
4. The data controller is the Company using the Service. The Operator acts as the Data Processor.
5. The User has the right to access, rectify, delete and restrict processing of their data. To do so, contact your Company Administrator or the Operator: info@timehunter.pl.
6. The Operator is established in the Czech Republic (Mroauto Autodily s.r.o., IČO 64617394). User data is stored and processed exclusively within the EU/EEA (Supabase servers: Frankfurt + Warsaw). No data transfer to third countries occurs.

§6Payments and subscriptions

1. After the trial period ends, the Company may choose one of the paid plans or continue on the free plan with limited features.
2. Payments are processed in monthly or annual cycles through secure payment gateways.
3. In case of non-payment, the account is automatically switched to the Free plan, and data is preserved for 90 days.
4. The Operator reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

§7Liability

1. The Operator makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted Service operation, but does not guarantee 100% availability.
2. The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, internet service provider failures, or use of the Service contrary to these Terms.
3. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of data entered into the Service.

§8Intellectual property

1. All rights to the Service, its source code, visual design, logos and content belong to the Operator.
2. Copying, modifying and distributing elements of the Service without written consent of the Operator is prohibited.

§9Final provisions

1. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of changes via email with 14 days' notice.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, Czech law shall apply.
3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office.
