Employees start and end breaks with a single click. Each break is recorded with exact duration and automatically deducted from total work time. Reports show the number of breaks, total break time, and distribution throughout the day.

Does the system distinguish between paid and unpaid breaks?

Yes. The system records all breaks. Configuration of which breaks are paid (e.g., 15-minute statutory break) and which are not can be set at the company level. Reports account for this division when calculating effective work time.

What is 24/7 time tracking?

24/7 tracking means the system records work time to the second — from session start to end. This includes night work, shifts crossing midnight, and sessions longer than 8 hours. Every event (start, break, end) is precisely timestamped.

How does the system calculate overtime?

TimeHunter automatically detects overtime based on exceeding daily (8h) or weekly (40h) work time limits. Overtime is visible in reports with a breakdown of 50% and 100% premium rates, in accordance with the Labor Code.

Can multiple breaks be registered during the day?

Yes. Employees can start and end any number of breaks during a work session. Each break is separately recorded in the work events table. Reports show a detailed breakdown of all breaks.

What does the real-time work status view look like?

The status panel shows in real time which employees are present, on break, or absent. The manager sees the entire team's status on one screen with start times, current work time, and number of breaks.
